一、接受条款

欢迎使用后信（以下简称"本应用"）。使用本应用即视为你已阅读、理解并同意本协议。如不同意，请停止使用并卸载本应用。

二、服务内容

本应用帮助你撰写、加密保存并在未来某一天送达信件。核心功能包括：

三、关于"送达"

  1. 当前版本为本机保存版，"到期自动送出"功能需要你保持应用与设备可用才能完成。
  2. 无人值守自动送达依赖后续后端版本。我们不承诺在当前版本中能替你在你完全不可达时完成送达。
  3. 本应用不是法律遗嘱，其任何送达行为不构成法律意义上的个人信息处分或遗嘱执行。
  4. 若涉及重要事务交代，请另行通过正式法律程序（公证、遗嘱等）处理。

四、密码与数据安全

  1. 应用密码一旦遗忘，无法找回，且所有信件将永久无法解密。请妥善保管。
  2. 我们不保留你的密码，也无法协助你重置或找回。
  3. 换设备前请使用"加密备份"功能导出，否则数据将随设备一同丢失。

五、你的责任

  1. 你承诺不使用本应用传播违法、暴力、侵权或骚扰性内容。
  2. 你承诺不将本应用用于自动化群发、营销、诈骗等用途。
  3. 你承诺收件人信息由你合法获取，并愿意接收你的未来信件。

六、禁止内容

严禁使用本应用发送或保存以下内容：

七、服务可用性

  1. 本应用在当前版本不依赖服务端，可离线使用。
  2. 未来版本加入服务端功能后，我们可能因维护、升级、不可抗力等原因临时暂停服务，届时会提前告知。
  3. 若公司停止运营，我们将至少提前 60 天通知用户，并确保你能导出加密备份。

八、付费与订阅

当前版本免费提供。未来可能推出付费订阅或一次性购买的高级功能；届时我们会在应用内明确说明定价、计费方式与退款政策。

九、知识产权

本应用软件、设计、文案的所有权归开发方所有。你在应用中创作的内容所有权归你自己所有。

十、免责

  1. 因用户自行遗忘密码导致的数据丢失，开发方不承担责任。
  2. 因不可抗力（地震、火灾、战争、政府管制等）导致的服务中断或数据损失，开发方不承担责任。
  3. 开发方提供的送达机制是尽力而为（best-effort），不承诺 100% 到达。

十一、适用法律

本协议适用中华人民共和国法律（为本协议目的，不含香港、澳门及台湾地区法律）。

1. Acceptance

By using Afterword ("the App") you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using and uninstall the App.

2. Service Description

The App helps you compose, encrypt, and deliver letters on a future date. Core features:

3. On "Delivery"

  1. The current version is local-only. Scheduled auto-delivery requires the App and device to remain available.
  2. True unattended delivery depends on a future backend version. We do not promise that the current version will deliver when you are entirely unreachable.
  3. The App is not a legal will; its delivery actions do not constitute legal disposition of personal data or testamentary execution.
  4. For important legal matters, please use formal channels (notarization, wills, etc.).

4. Passcode and Data Safety

  1. If you forget your app passcode, it cannot be recovered, and all letters will be permanently unreadable. Keep it safe.
  2. We do not store your passcode and cannot help you reset or recover it.
  3. Before switching devices, use "Encrypted backup" to export. Otherwise data is lost with the device.

5. Your Responsibilities

  1. You agree not to use the App to distribute illegal, violent, infringing, or harassing content.
  2. You agree not to use the App for automated spam, marketing, or fraud.
  3. You agree that recipient information is lawfully obtained and recipients are willing to receive your future letters.

6. Prohibited Content

You must not send or store:

7. Availability

  1. The current version works offline.
  2. When backend features ship, service may be paused for maintenance, upgrade, or force majeure, with advance notice when possible.
  3. If the company ceases operations, we will notify users at least 60 days in advance so you can export your encrypted backup.

8. Pricing & Subscription

The current version is free. Future paid subscription or one-time purchase tiers will be clearly disclosed in-app, including price, billing, and refund policy.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, and copy are owned by the developer. You own the content you create.

10. Disclaimer

  1. The developer is not liable for data loss resulting from user-forgotten passcodes.
  2. The developer is not liable for service interruptions or data loss due to force majeure.
  3. Delivery mechanisms are provided on a best-effort basis and we do not guarantee 100% delivery.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (for the purposes of these Terms, excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan).
